“We had a great time in this lovely appartment. We are a family with two kids, 11 and 14. Everything was super nice and clean. We felt at home the moment we entered the appartement. We were looking for a place a bit outside Washington in a nice neighbourhood. This appartement was exactely what we wanted. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Washington can be reached within 30 minutes. Also Baltimore. We also visited Annapolis, which was a 20 minutes drive. The appartement looked like……

“Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit.”

“The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip”

“The house itself was good, with lots of stairs. The listing has been taken off so not sure if it will be available again. Location is convenient but not a big fan of the neighborhood. But was very close to all touristy things, approx 15 min drive. dedicated parking was a plus.”

“Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).”

“We were looking for a dog friendly flat on one level. The Dundalk location was good, and the overall condition of the flat was good, despite the tiny bathroom. Everything was fine except for the upstairs neighbors. We had no way of knowing that they would be a bunch of immature, loud young men. This almost ruined our stay!”

“The property was described as having 3 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds. It has 3 bedrooms, but one of them was empty...no bed. No Wi-Fi password or house information was provided. And finally, the house was dirty, with hair in the towels and sinks, and rotting food in the refrigerator. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we only stayed for one. After the first uncomfortable night, we packed up our belongings first thing the morning, and booked ourselves into a hotel. It was an unpleasant……

“The property was excellent. New and very clean. The balcony was awesome. And the staff was great. Always nice, helpful and accommodating. The only 2 things that I would comment on is the noise and sirens at night made it difficult to sleep. And the location was not the safest. Pretty much every taxi & Uber driver told us they really didn’t like driving to this area d/t the traffic and it being unsafe. If it weren’t for those 2 things we really loved the place.”
