You'd be crazy to stay at this property after reading this review.Within 15 minutes of entering the property, we turned on the two air conditioning units and my wife started a load of laundry. This blew the main circuit breaker (not the one in the apartment). After about 30 minutes of calling/texting with the property management company, they told me to go down to the first floor and find the closet that holds all the main breakers for the apartment building. The closet was a death trap (highly cluttered blocking access to the breakers, which is a code violation). I managed to reset the breaker, but this was ridiculous. If you google "is blowing a main breaker an issue", you get the following summary:Yes, a tripped main breaker is definitely an issue. It means there's a problem with the electrical system, and it should be investigated by a qualified electrician. A tripped main breaker can indicate a serious problem, like a short circuit, ground fault, or an overloaded circuit. Repeatedly resetting the breaker without addressing the underlying issue can be dangerous and potentially lead to a fire. The property management company tried to blame us (e.g., improperly inserting a plug in an outlet).In addition, the internet was not functional. The property management company said they could get that fixed in about day.We promptly left and checked into a hotel and I am trying to get my money back. This place is a potential death trap. Hotel Plinius was awesome!
