"The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. While this helped, the process added delays to our travel plans. Despite this inconvenience, the front‑desk staff remained responsive and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness was consistently good."

"This hotel was great! It’s close to many restaurants and stores. The area is calm and quiet. If you are planning on going to the sesame amusement park, it’s a 5 minute drive from this hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are really helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"In the first room we were given, the TV didn't work. So the staff went to extra effort to get us into a room with a working TV (the 2nd one didn't work either, so they made sure they had us move into a room with one that did). They were friendly and wanted to make it right. Dawn"

"Un lugar super asecible a todo, la habitacion muy bonita, con buena aroma, limpieza a otro nivel lo unico que cambiaria serian las almohadas todo lo demas a otro nivel. Recomendacion agrandar el area de la piscina. Que no me gusto el desayuno que estaba todo frio deberian poner la comida en bandejas que mantengan todo calientito y todo estaria super riko. Todo lo demas a otro nivel limpieza, servicio al cliente, areas verdes super volveria a quedarme muy pronto..."

"The Staff truly take pride in there job . As you will always see the staff around if it’s changing garbage or cleaning rooms. They will always say hello and ask if I need anything. I feel safe, my property is safe as it’s a community. Not just some road stop inn. And the office will go outta there way to make your stay a good one. And I know for me. I will always come back. Thank you guys for making it a great experience"
