「Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. 」

「We arranged a late arrival and were sent a code to let ourselves in no problem. Very comfy bed a good nights sleep ahead of our flight from Gatwick. The team were very friendly and chatty while we had coffee. Will certainly stay here again when flying from Gatwick.」

「The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!」

Old fashioned English Inn with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Tidy room with a modern en-suite shower room. Bed not to our liking but that's very much a personal choice. In a very quiet location with no shops nearby but would recommend for an overnight stay.」

「This is a lovely and peaceful hotel - the room was cleaned to a high standard, the food was really tasty, with a good menu and well presented food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and there was a huge selection for breakfast. The staff are very polite and obliging - nothing is too much trouble. The grounds will look lovely in summer, but even in the winter they are still nice. I really recommend a stay here.」

「Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation.
