“This was a more than above average motel that was convenient to Mesa Verde. The property and room renovation is well done. The space felt clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast seemed fresher with a few extra touches than the typical, such as the bagel assortment and bananas, which always seem run out early elsewhere. Overall I’d stay here before a chain hotel. We were on a timeline but would have enjoyed more time to explore the sites in the area. ”

“Looking back at the pictures for the listing and thinking about our stay, this was really one of the more accurate listings I've seen. Our room was a good size & entirely looked just like the pictures, with that kind of odd semi-western disjointed decor. Staff here was always around, super friendly and proactive, we were greeted & asked how our stay was going when we would run into them. “We left Albuquerque New Mexico kind of late so the drive in was in the dark. Took what seemed to be a long windy road of the the beaten path to a one mile gravel road where we crossed a bridge to reach our destination. We unpacked to a cabin like setting with bunch beds for my kids and lall slept comfortably.
