「This was a great place to stay. Very peaceful. It’s small so doesn’t have the business of a big hotel. Good value.
The hotel staff were lovely and helpful (local spots etc)
The rooms and common area, pool area were kept clean. Small Pool was nice.
I liked the firm bed.
It was 1/2 km up the steep hill from the highway. But easy access under the highway to get to costa Azul beach. And a little grocery store where you can get some eggs, avocados etc to add to the breakfast at the hotel. Which...

「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」
