“I booked our room in February. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom for my elderly parents & a pool for my niece. The link to the reservation in the comformation email with room info showed walk in shower with a bench & a pool. We were so excited; went to reservation page several times just double checking. So in June when we arrive they inform us that we no longer have that room & there are o handicap rooms because they were doing renovations & the pool was not in service. They should have……
