“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. “The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit. Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation. Due to arriving late on that Thursday night, and given our schedule, we did not immediately go to the room to put our……

“It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us……
