“The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. ”

“When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. ”

“I'd like to take a minute to talk about how SPECIAL Puerta Azul is..Coming from Minneapolis, MN and the harsh weather and ICE(pun intended) there is light that shines thru to my ❤️ about this place. Somehow even though we had crappy weather, there are beautiful,wonderful people here. The crazy world stopped for us..and we were treated so well. They renewed us with their graciousness and everything about this place is GOOD. Talia and Antonio could not be better hosts. Noel and Rose wined and……

“My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.”
