「We had a great week at Turquoise Bay! The grounds are beautiful, great beach, delicious food, and friendly staff! They have their own farm and the food is all freshly prepared with lots of variety. It is a very quiet and a very relaxing resort. We went diving with their dive ship and it was very easy to schedule each day and their prices for dives was very reasonable. I’m sure we will return in the future! 」

「Great staff, great food. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful and private. The bungalow rooms have small kitchenettes and very comfortable beds. Very quiet to sleep at night. Great reef to snorkel right off of the dock at this property. Included breakfast was excellent every day. Their restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners till 8pm. Free WiFi is available on the entire premises. Recommend renting a car because nothing is in walking distance from this property. There is no pool...

「I just checked the location, and the hotel basically doesn’t exist. The building is there, but it’s not operating and shows no signs of activity.”」

「The standard room I stayed in (H) was just okay. The room could have been a little cleaner (dust). The room seemed like one of the older ones on the first floor but the back deck was nice with the hammock. I stayed one night in G and the room was beautiful with a process bed and seemed like a newer room. The water was not exactly hot though. My only advice is the shake out the hammock before you get into it and spray it with bug spray or something natural like a citrus repellant. 」

「ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!」

「I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our room had none of these features and no hair dryer. I asked to say in the better...

「Breakfast was fresh daily. Staff were friendly and engaging. Great location and the property is kept pristine. It is a nice get away from the busy beach area. Pool is beautiful and lights up so pretty at night and late closing makes for a great night swim. 」

「Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner 」
