The Space:

Relax in the oversized hot tub and gaze at the stars after a long day recreating in the mountains.
Upon entering, up the split level stairs, you come into the open floor plan which contains a very large, remodeled gourmet kitchen. A 6 burner gas stove, double wall oven, double farm style sink, separate ice maker, and beverage refrigerator are a few of the extra ammenities this kitchen has to offer. Expansive counter space, a large island with 4 barstools, and lots of natural light, create a welcoming, integrated kitchen with the rest of the living space. The adjacent living room has a inviting large stone wood burning fireplace, large smart TV and cozy seating. There is a dining nook with seating for 8 just across from the living area. A wrap around deck, with amazing views, seating, a gas grill and green egg grill are also accessible from this area. The master suite, with a king bed, large smart TV, door to the deck, a large walk-in closet and bathroom are also on this floor. The master bath has a large natural stone shower and single vanity.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
Downstairs has the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first door on the right is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath with shower and french doors to the lower deck. This room has a small tv. Across the hall is a shared full bath, with a shower, for the two remaining bedrooms downstairs. The next room on the right has 2 twin bunk beds (4 twins). Across the hall is a closet with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a queen bedroom at the end of the hall, with a door to the deck and access to the hot tub.
The hot tub is a swim spa. Guests will only be able to use it as a soaking tub, not with jets or a swim current. Ski in/ski out access requires a short 2 minute walk across the street to access the Homeowner's trail. One dog is allowed at this property. There is a garage for guests to store gear and park 1 vehicles in and 4 additional spaces in the driveway. No smoking is allowed anywhere in or on the premises. This property has Direct TV.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.
