“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

Seuls le bar manque vraiment de chaleur et de tapas apéro, le dîner est vraiment trop cher pour un buffet, et un employé de piscine a vraiment été inconvenant.”

“Mooi resort, leuke kamer met privé zwembad. Was alleen te koud om in te zwemmen maar niettemin toch grappig. Alles netjes onderhouden en leuke doorloop naar het strand. Ze zijn wat karig met koffie en thee op de kamer. Staat wel een mooi espressoapparaat maar ze vragen €2,00 per capsule, da’s wel erg duur. Gelukkig zit de Lidl vlakbij dus daar kun je voor een paar centen een hele zak kopen. ”

“We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. “Beautiful property right on the beach! Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room with private pool was spacious, very well appointed, and clean. The beach had comfortable beach beds with umbrellas and the beach was quiet and private. (Due it the proximity to the airport you do see and hear the planes taking off and coming in. It didn't bother us, but just note that does happen througout the day.) The bonus of being able to order a drink and food from your beach bed was……

Prenotare i ristoranti nella struttura è piuttosto difficile ma se ci si riesce si mangia davvero bene. Pulitissima. Vacanza perfetta nonostante il clima un po freddino in questo periodo per noi.”

“Wonderful stay at the Mitsis Royal Mare, the room and facilities were elegant and perfectly maintained and all staff were lovely and welcoming. We found the food in the themed restaurants great, maybe they could improve the food options for the main restaurant, especially for vegetarian guests. As in many resorts in Crete there were few stray cats and it was nice to notice one of the staff leaving some food and water available for them. “Super saubere Unterkunft ! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten die Cool Living Selection (in der Suite automatisch mit enthalten) gebucht. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist absolute Spitzenklasse, das Buffet zum Frühstück und Mittag im Greco Levante ist ebenfalls absolut top! Insgesamt können wir das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko war, dass beim Greco Levante (ausschließlich für Cool Living Gäste) eventuell erweitert werden sollte, damit dort mehr Liegen hin können.……
