There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is……

“Worked well for my daughter and I in a pinch. Was very small and we stayed for 4 nights and only had 1 towel each. Other than that, checking in and out was easy, the keypad entry is nice. Parking down the street was always available and the location was close to a park and other necessities. Felt safe and it was quiet. ”

“This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well……

“Great little spot in the heart of the city. The only real complaints were the floor was dirty, the toilet in the main bathroom leaked a little water whenever you sat on it, and the clothes washer handle felt like it would come off at any moment. Also the lounge was very convenient but not well stocked and the main TV in there didn't work. Overall these didn't have a major impact on our stay and the place fit us well. “A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. “The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged……
