「There was confusion the first 5 days of my two week stay with getting our room cleaned. They kept saying at the desk it was booked privately and didn’t clean our room. Finally Kimara at the Front Desk actually took the time to resolve the issue. The unit we were placed in used to be occupied by a long term tenant so they didn’t have it updated on the system. 「Very good location. Good access to restaurants for dinner and beach bars for lunch. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are clean. Water is not drinkable and sometimes smells. Property is very strict, only 1 espresso pod per person per night. Only one beach towel and it needs to be exchanged via towel card. Also no outside food or drinks on the beach chairs. The ocean view rooms, ocean view is marjinal.」

「Our stay here was lovely. The property itself and room was nice. The restaurant area with included breakfast was very pretty and had a lot of charm. Jennifer, the server was a friendly addition and knew our morning order by the second day. We were disappointed that by 9pm all the outdoor lights and music were shut off by the pool/courtyard. 「The view from the balcony was a plus. The stay overall at this resort was absolutely amazing. The only thing that needs to be updated possibly is the furniture. It’s retro 70s but it’s really clean and neat. They have everything you need. The staff was wonderful. The gingerbread Café was really good.
