The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance from the river and the main attractions. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with an excellent Wi-Fi connection and nice breakfast served. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the swimming pool offers a good relief from the afternoon heat. But what makes this hotel the best place is the staff. I can’t praise them enough for all the attention and good service they provide. It was one of my best stays and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Hoi An

We (family with teenagers) stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was excellent. Located a few houses back from the main street provides a quiet location but close to the old town to get into the hustle and bustle. The family room was spacious with plenty of places to sit other than just the beds. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, noodles,soups etc and everything was so fresh. The staff went above and beyond. Super friendly and willing to help in any way they can to ensure your time in Hoi An is enjoyable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Hoi An.

Family stay (Room 201)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a superb location and the rooms are a generous size. What makes his hotel special though are the staff. They are the most welcoming, hospitable people I've ever come across in a hotel. They made sure our stay comfortable, allowed us to check in early and even gave us a gift when we checked out. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We will be back. Chris and family.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and attentive: always greeting us, and seeing us out, making conversation. The facilities including spa/bicycles were fantastic. We requested the round bed and they provided this for us- it was amazing! It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was huge, and had so much variety. Upon arrival they provided us with cake and tea which was delicious. They even gave us a leaving gift! Thank you so much :) We recommend Hoang Trinh Hotel to everyone!

Överlägset bästa boendet på vår resa i Vietnam

Ett otroligt mysigt hotell med framförallt helt fantastisk personal! Servicen är utmärkt. Vi blev väldigt bra bemötta när vi kom med te och kaka medan vi checkade in. Fick också väldigt bra tips från personalen som dessutom hjälpte oss att hyra cyklar och annat. Tvättservicen fungerade också oklanderligt. Rummet i sig var rent och mysigt, med en stängd balkong som vätte mot trappuppgången. Dock var trappuppgången halvt utomhus så det kom in mycket ljus. Även frukosten var riktigt bra. De bjöd på en god phô som personalen gjorde iordning medan man tog sig. Det fanns även massor med frukt, bröd, äggröra och allt annat man skulle kunna ha. Extra pluspoäng för gott kaffe med kondenserad mjölk. Nästa gång vi åker tillbaka till Hoi An så väljer vi utan tvekan samma boende. Kan inte rekommendera det nog!

親子３人で利用しました。部屋は若干狭かったものの（２つのトランクを広げるには厳しい、という意味で）、スタッフの方々のサービスや旧市街に近い立地条件を考えるとかなりコストパフォーマンスは高いものと思います。

일단 호텔이라고 하기에도 좀 뭐하고.. 게스트하우스 느낌이랄까? 호이안이라는 동네의 색깔과는 잘 어울리는 오래된 숙소였다 원래 봐둔 숙소가 방이 없어서 여기서 그냥 3박 했는데 아침 조식 먹는곳도 너무 좁고 테이블도 몇개 없는데 청소 상태는 정말 실망 접시와 곳곳에 먼지와 벌레시체들이 있어서 밥 먹기도 좀 찝찝했던.... 참 친철하고 볼때마다 웃어주는 직원들 딱 그게 전부인...

너무 친절하고 좋았어요.

직원들이 너무 친절하고 조식도 맛있었어요. 다만 드라이기를 사용할때 3번정도 전기차단기가 떨어져서 갑자기 깜깜해져서 무서웠어요. 혼자 가시는 분은 핸드폰 후레쉬 켜놓고 머리 말리는거 추천할께요. 체크아웃할때 작은 선물도 주시고 저는 너무 만족스러웠습니다.^^

Hôtel calme et bien situé

A deux pas du quartier touristique donc très pratique pour visiter la ville. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais l'accueil toujours souriant et la gentillesse du personnel et de la patronne compensent (jus de fruits au retour des balades, thé, petit cadeau au départ...) Excellent petit déjeuner varié et bien fourni. Loueur de vélos juste à côté pratique pour visiter les rizières.

Our visit to Hoi An

This little gem is located very near the old town and shopping districts. The staff go out of their way to make sure your visit is wonderful. The amazing breakfast includes an assortment of fresh pastries,, fruit as well as hot dishes. While there is no elevator the shòrt rise on the stairs made them easy to walk. Definitely a good choice.

Homely Hotel

The staff makes us feel very homely and took great effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay, especially Hien, front office staff. Hote is located only a short walk to ancient city. The Morning Glory restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.For advice, you can book taxi to Danang or airport through the spa centre in front of the Little Hoian Central Hotel, cheapest in town, only 200k to Danang town. However, beware there is a pho stall near the Little Hoian Hotel, operated by a man who charges tourist prices.

Our room had a bath that was unsealed around the edges, which meant you had to sit down for a shower; if you stood up, the bathroom would flood. I think the bath was part of the ‘romantic’ theme of the room but s shower would most likely be preferred by guests.

Budget homestay near ancient town

A 10-15min walk to the anicent town, but the streets are very quite and dark at night so it may be quite scare to walk alone. We arrived Hoi An late at night and left early in the next morning so we just found something cheap to stay for a night. The room is old, cleanliness can be improved. However, they served very good breakfast and they will also give you a souvenir ( a bag or a purse) when you check out.

Convenient for Hoi An's old town area

The hotel's very near the old town area (Japanese bridge end) - it only takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk there. The reception was good, giving us useful maps and accurate advice about where to go, and how much tickets etc would cost. Breakfasts are good, and plentiful, with decent pastries and loads of fruit, as well as the usual eggy stuff. Breakfast is eaten on a balcony overlooking a shrine, which was very nice. Our room was ok - comfortable but rather old fashioned, with the usual have-a-shower-and-the-whole-bathroom-is-awash problem (not to mention the light, fan, and water heater switches being over the bath/shower). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised car pick-up and return to Da Nang railway station for US$15, which seemed a good deal. Wifi was fine.

Great place to stay closer to the Old Quarter

We had a great stay at this hotel and loved everything about it. The room was large and quiet and all of the amenities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful and very nice as well. The breakfast was huge and had a ton of choices too!
