“I liked the location and the room sizes. What I didn't like: 1. I sent an email and a message on the platform to the property host to inquire about a few things, but there has been no response to date. 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. Dirty: visibly dirty inside the property.”

“The property has a lot of potential, but it's not quite there yet. The upstairs was nice, clean. The downstairs needs some attention. Pots & pans need replacing, need matches for the cooker, cleaning products, tea towels. Broken chair back in living room, uncomfortable sofa, could also do with some cushions. Also not happy that the check in details are provided at noon on the day of arrival, even though payment is taken in advance. Having said all that, if the issues were addressed I would stay……

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……
