“This property is magical! Relaxing on the porch hammock swing overlooking the water is a treat. The outdoor shower allows you to clean up after a day at the beach or sound while watching a beautiful sunset. The hosts are amazing and a breeze to communicate with. The place is cozy, clean, artsy, and has a story behind it as well. Everything you need is included, down to laundry pods and nightlights. I highly recommend!”

“The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was dog friendly and the perfect size for my husband and I. The couch and bed are both incredibly comfortable. The place is stocked with all the essentials. The dune to the beach was a little steep when we were there. However there is a public beach access one house over and that was more level. Our host was great at communicating and was quick to respond. We had a great time at Pepper’s!”

“Convenience to shops, Food Lion walking distance. Nice area to walk. We appreciated the historical aspect of it.”

“I'm very pleased with the way the owners handled the issue with the door lock.”

“Great house, great location. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again if available”

“We loved the location of the property. Easy walk to beach and Avalon pier and the convenience to take the dog to the beach to swim in the morning and later evening.”

“We had a wonderful weekend stay at this place. Host was very responsive and checkin and check out process was easy. Public access beach is only few minutes walk. I recommend.”

“The property was great as it was pretty centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. It was a two minute walk to the beach as well. There were a lot of updates to the property and we even got to meet the property owners. He fixed the patio door handle that broke and replaced a light bulb. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in OBX.”

“Loved our stay!!! Place was clean and welcoming. The only 2 things we would say we would have liked were that The outside light on the main balancy outside the door didn't work. And the chairs on the top balancy were the short Chairs not the tall ones so you couldn't see over the dunes, but we made do.”

“This is a charming vintage cottage with a well appointed kitchen, sitting area and front porch. Beach access is quite close and it looks just like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed our weekend here and would recommend it.”

“Fantastic all through out!”

“Amazing communication with the owner. Awesome spot”

“Great place; SO close to the beach! Had beach chairs and igloo available to use.”

“N/A”

“This is a very clean and cozy cottage for 2. We especially appreciated the little porch with chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening. Quiet and peaceful. The best thing is the shower. Excellent water pressure, spacious, soothing, and the hot water goes on forever. Shower gets a 10 out of 10. Great communication from the host!”

“Great location. Home had everything we needed for a wonderful week.”
