“Our family (two adults, a teen, a kid, and a dog) had a lovely stay here. We very much appreciated the property being pet-friendly, as well as the walkability around the neighborhood, to the beach, and to Ashley’s Espresso Parlor! We also enjoyed the proximity to several local attractions including the Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey Ridge State Park, Duck, and Roanoke Island. “I have a pleasant stay with my family at this place. It is very near to Buxton, Hatteras and Ocracoke island ferry.The host Sarah was really awesome and always available to help for any questions or concerns which make the stay more comfortable.Kids loved the place. I give 5 stars for almost everything.”

“Location was fantastic! The bad: The cabana was a little worse for the wear than advertised. The room reeked of marijuana upon arrival which was very disappointing since this is a smoke free property. The host responded quickly when notified saying to air out the property and that it should work quick since it is so small. The cold air return filter looked like it hasn't been changed in a very long time. That may help with the smell. It took about 2 days for the smell to fully go away. ……
