「Was disappointed we stayed 3 days and no one came into our room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths and more coffee pods, , and we told them that I was hearing impaired and needed closed caption on the tv they send a gentleman up (very nice) but he couldn’t get it to work he put in an order to switch TVs, never happened, was disappointed you had to buy breakfast, hallway floor was swept 1 time and was quite littered, pool and hot tub was great, all the folks were very nice. 「We had a last‑minute emergency and couldn’t make the trip. I even told the Expedia rep that I had paperwork to prove it, but the hotel still refused to work with me. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just to move the booking to a date in July — and they still went ahead and charged me. Really disappointing experience from both Expedia and Hampton Inn, and honestly, I won’t be staying there again. 」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「Our tv was not working properly. A maintenance man came to the room and got the TV on but after he left it wouldn’t turn off. They were supposed to fix it while we were out but no luck There was no communication from one shift to the other so finally at 9:30 at night we were given a new room The other problem was the entrance way was not level with the rest of the room and we tripped going to the bathroom at night.」
