「The hotel was very close to the highway and in the same parking lot with a gas station. There was a diner across the road with great food, good prices and they gave a 10% discount for hotel guest. The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great with hot and cold options and bananas along with anything else you might want. It had a pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of close parking.」

「Facilities were overall excellent, the only reason I’m not giving a fully great review is our check in experience. Upon check in, the staff charged our card for a full reservation instead of simply the security hold- granted our room was already paid in full and should have included the breakfast. They were then unable to reverse said charges on our card and we had to wait an entire week for the money to be released to our card! Also, magically the breakfast was not included although I received...

「A little disappointed. We were greeted wonderfully and staff was great, however the first day we requested fresh towels and our bed made while we were out. We returned at 9pm to find our beds were not made and there were no fresh towels. We were told these services are not typically provided every day unless requested, which is why we made sure to request it the morning before we left. However it was not done and the services were not available at 9pm so we had to go down to front desk to pick...

「The only thing is, the AC is too noisy, and caused hard to sleep」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the pool had a layer of foam on top and our bathroom was dirty. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies so I quickly scrubbed the tub and shower.」
