The complex strives to keep the hot tub in top condition for our guests to enjoy. However, in rare cases:
If temperatures drop below -20°C (-4°F), the hot tub and pool may be temporarily closed to ensure proper function and guest safety.
Occasionally, maintenance or repairs may be required to keep everything running smoothly.
These situations are uncommon, and we’ll always do our best to notify guests in advance if any closures are necessary.
Please note that refunds or discounts will not be issued for such closures, as they are beyond our control.
