"Excellent hotel, staff was friendly and very attentive. Can't beat the location. "

"Bugs on window sill in dining area. Grease trap on sidewalk was leaking. All other public areas were EXCELLENT. Housekeeping could have cleaned the toilet . Greeter in load/unload area was very helpful and pleasant. I think his name was Olem. Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we have no complaints. We had a pleasant stay. "

"Better prices for what they give you. The Avenue gives you Coffee all day long, cheese and wine, cookies and milk, take you up to the beach with chairs and they will come get you from the beach. They also honor AARP cards even when you get a good price."
