「Super friendly staff, very helpful. Room was very clean. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel which was situated between a shopping center and a quiet neighborhood. The lobby was spacious and clean as well. Breakfast area was decent. The usual variety of breakfast foods, hot and cold.」

「Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! 」
