「This is a fantastic listing. Everything in the house is brand new and state of the art. The house is spotless clean and the owner provides everything you’ll need during your stay and even checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we wanted. The property is right on an excellent stretch of the West Branch that is full of fish- you can’t beat walking out the back door and right into the river. Spacious house. Great appliances. More than comfortable stay. Excellent fishing retreat.」

「The land is beautiful, location has great access right to the river, beds were comfortable. The house needs a deep clean. Mouse droppings on both bathroom floors, kitchen cupboards and on top of the fridge. Live mice seen on two of three nights. Huge cobwebs over the main windows, by the tv, all over. AC does not work in the master bedroom and no response from host. Place can't have been vacuumed - pieces of an emery board on the carpet and lots of dust. If you don't mind spiders and...

「Wonderful rustic stay with just the right amount of luxury (hot shower and outdoor kitchen ), on a working farm and in the idyllic northern Catskills. Denise met us upon arrival and gave us the rundown, and then left us to our own devices. The farmhand cabin is beautiful in its simplicity and privacy. I would recommend and visit again in a heart beat!」

「The one-room studio is set alongside a manicured pond that sports a diving board and a fire pit with accompanying Adirondack chairs. With its cabin-like feel, the experience is one of outdoor serenity. The decor is understated but homey and comfortable. I enjoyed being in quiet surroundings with comforts of home.」

「This suite was so lovely. We really enjoyed relaxing and reading in the study, sleeping under a hundred blankets, and taking in the farm. It was the perfect size for a couple. I believe the Vrbo app drops the pin across the road from the actual house, but the hosts were easy to contact and help us find it. We would honestly love to come back and stay again.」

「Great spot right by Roxbury. Did some great hiking on the Catskill Rail Trail two minutes from the cabin. We visited the John Burroughs house down the road on Route 30. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!」
