「The most needed improvement for me would be to replace stained carpeting and furniture in the rooms. Once you have tried and failed to remove the stains, the only thing left to do is replace the soiled carpeting and furniture. It may be clean but it looks like crap.」

「Nice place to spend the night, but very easy to pass by the place at night.」

「Many years ago Motel 88 (once known as the Oasis) was one of Oneonta's best, complete with a popular night club. The night club is long gone and the rooms seem to reflect the 1960s and 70s in decor and fixtures. Still, I found it clean and quiet. The parking lot is very spacious, and the tv channel selection is vast. A nice restaurant is across the street. Yes, it's dated. 「The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good」

「Awesome place - will stay here again.」

「Loved it」

「We absolutely loved it there. Very cozy and beds were comfy. We will go back again. Breakfast was amazing.」

「Clean, safe, affordable place to stay. Nice lobby area with seating and lots of local brochures. The staff are always friendly (we’ve stayed here twice). Smart tvs in the rooms which are otherwise definitely a bit outdated, but clean.」

「The house is beautiful and our room lovely . Will stay again」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked that coffee and continental breakfast was available in the office. Our particular room could use a new water facet on the sink. Other than that would stay there again.」
