"House was not maintained full with spider webs, curtains with scotch tapes, the water coming out of the shower was smelling like rotten eggs, pool was dirty and filter not working, hot tub was not working. The host was very unpleasant to deal with and never solved any issue risen up and had no clue how to fix anything. Showed up at 8 pm when we called him since 10:00am to fix the pool and the tub. Complete waste of money and time."

"We loved it here. Brought our Labrador along with our cooler full of goodies. Cooked out over the fire and loved the complimentary S'more kit! They were awesome. We also enjoyed the provided hot chocolate around the fire. This is clamping! The cabin was delightful. The view out our window from bed was awesome. We will be back!"

"Prefect experience on all counts. Expectational staff and property. If you need to visit this region, forget every place else and book here. This hotel will make you feel at home, and you will sleep like a rock. I have stayed in top hotels around the world, and no place comes closer the that at home experience. The pictures on their website do not do it justice. The owners are professional, kind, and always happy to help with any issue or question. 10 out of 5 stars."

The Hidden Inn

"There is no staff at the facility and the automated check in didn't work well. Someone was supposed to have emailed codes several days in advance and did not, and it was not clear that it was required, as opposed to an option. When I started trying to contact the Inn and hotels.com at arrival I couldn't reach anyone. Left a message with the Inn and several hours later the owner responded. Meantime, around 3:30 (for a 3:00 check in) someone emailed me the entry code, but it went to my junk email, where I eventually found it and was able to enter. The building is charming looking on the outside, the room was nice enough but there was no one else there. Clearly they do business at other times of the week, but sign on front door said they were closed on Sunday and Mondays. Wish Hotels.com has better communicated about the eccentricities of the place."
