“Unit had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pools and tram to the beach. ”

“Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.”

“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we would not stay here again as a family. One of the biggest issues was housekeeping. If you want your room cleaned, you have to specifically request service, they do not automatically clean occupied rooms. We submitted multiple housekeeping requests during our stay, but our room was never serviced. Every day we had to go to the front desk just to ask for clean towels, and on several occasions they didn't even have enough towels for……
