“Good overall experience ”

“早餐豐盛，炒蛋非常香嫩，食物品質很不錯，咖啡也好喝，千萬不要錯過。Lucy’s Bedchamber 房間很大，內裝極有特色，因為靠近花園，所以安靜舒適。員工友善，我們度過愉快的三天兩夜。”

“Clean room and bathroom. Bed is comfy, its our 3rd time and we always enjoy our stay. The bar prices were too high in our opinion.”

“I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the……

“Location and staff excellent. Deck onto the waterfront was fabulous as was the quietness. Nowhere obvious to walk to for food, but a communal microwave was available (don’t think I’d like the room it was in front of though) WiFi was poor and a sketchy phone signal but not the end of the world. Lights switches seemed a little 3 seashells (IYKYK) but fathomed it out. The animals all looked content, especially the pig! Will definitely return.”

“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”

“Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!”

“客房非常整潔。職員非常友善，我check in時小心撳錯電掣開唔到房燈，去櫃檯求助，職員好快幫我處理咗問題，客服令人非常滿意！”

“Food was very good, reception very helpful, room very quirky. I had to book a family room as last one left - was the only room on the top floor built into the eaves. Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. There is no lift - I was on the 2nd floor and struggled a bit with my suitcase as I have a bad hip (age!). I would also recommend to the hotel that they put some grab bars in……
