「Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice.」

「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」

「We were there for a work stay, the bar looked after us until late for us the rooms were clean and it was a good stay.」

「Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book.」

「Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...

「Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. 」

「We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Old Mill. Helen, our check-in host, was friendly and helpful, accommodating our room requests without any fuss — though we did notice it was quite uncomfortable at the front desk during the heatwave, and would suggest management consider providing a fan for that area. The room itself was a good size and, although it lacked air conditioning, the provided electric fans made things very manageable. Breakfast was excellent and served by another friendly...

「The property was terrible the rooms smelt of wee and were dirty - we did not stay there was also a lot of other people checking in and going to their rooms and then coming down and checking out to go somewhere else due to the state and smell of the rooms」
