Air conditioning in room not cold enough and ask something too long for waiting till get it and have to ask till 3 time not enogh only call by phone but come to ask reservation. Very bad services

Disgusted

Old hotel that needs to be demolished as no care from management. Reception area messy n looks dirty so was the room. Especially d bathroom as I didnt even shower it was disgusting. Too bad I didnt take photo of d room. No tourist should stay there. Bad image for bali. Price was ridiculous compare to other nicer cleaner hotels.

Very dirty place

I have a very bad experience. It's not as it is as it looks in pictures. They don't provide anything which they had written in the list. So please don't go there specially when you're going with your family with kids.
