“Diana was amazing! She was extremely considerate of my 4 year old son - leaving toys out in the vrbo that he LOVED - and checked in a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Very grateful for her and her space!”

“Great property in convenient location. Charming and relaxing.”

“Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”

“Great place for pets! Clean. Excellent communication.”

“Great little place to stay for my son and I while we explored the CO outdoors. Secure setting. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Nice air conditioning during warmer weather during our stay. Host addressed issues quickly as they came up. Host helped to pick up Amazon packages delivered to us at rental- thank you.Did not use hot tub but looked pretty nice.Nice backyard- see pics.Other: AS LISTED ON DESCRIPTION IN RENTAL AD... there is a simple and very functional kitchen though does not……

“Beautiful space with a gracious host! Really fun neighborhood that is easily accessible to all Denver has to offer.”
