THE SPACE
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom industrial loft is located on the 2nd floor of RiNo Art Lofts in the heart of the River North Art District. With exposed brick, high ceilings, and a private deck, it offers a comfortable home base for exploring RiNo. The building is LEED Platinum certified and designed with energy efficiency and sustainable materials.

- The property does not have a designated parking lot. Street parking is the only available option.
- Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval.
- Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
- Late check-out may be available upon request. Requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees may apply based on availability and departure time.
- Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
- An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.

Self check-in: Smart lock code provided on the day of arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent at least 3 days prior to your arrival.
