"The staff were all friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. The king room was huge. Plenty of included parking. Short driving distance to many dining options. I let the front desk know the Keurig coffee maker in the room was not working correctly. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. I think for the price, it's worth it."

"I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay. "

"Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in poor condition-damaged walls, worn-out furniture, and visible dust throughout the whole hotel(breakfast area). Many things were not working properly, and overall cleanliness was far below expectations. Front desk person was "high". Please remove this hotel from hotels.com"

"Room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. Desk was nice and upgrading our room, the new room had no AC. When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Mansion on Delaware. Room was very clean, staff were amazing and the freshly made breakfast was a huge bonus. Enjoyed a drink at the bar chatting with other visitors and the staff and came back after the game to a pint in front of the fireplace. Highly recommended! Thanks"
