"Staff was great. The pool is nice with a stunning view of golf course and mountains. Main entrance is cool with Lucy and Desi vibes. Good value. Needs some TLC in hallways. Bed linens could be better. Overall it’s a good place. Hotels next door are 2x the price."

"Avoid if you aren't part of the "Private Party" I booked a premium room here expecting a standard resort experience, but the hotel was completely overtaken by a large private event (a Bar Mitzvah). While the staff was apologetic, it didn't change the fact that the primary amenities I paid for were unavailable. Limited Dining | Event-Focused | Family-Heavy Service - Staff were polite but couldn't provide access to closed areas. Amenities - All on-site restaurants and bars were closed for a private buy-out. Pool - Crowded with children from the event; not a relaxing atmosphere. Property - Dated, not clean and poorly maintained for the price point. It is frustrating to pay for "resort amenities" only to find them closed for private functions. If you aren't part of the specific group staying here, you are essentially a second-class citizen. Not the IHG quality I expected. I will not stay there again and neither should you.. "

"I paid $3000 for a jointing rooms. Our view was dead grass. I have been coming here 15 years and they never upgrade. Front desk people are always rude. You will never get a room before 4pm or later. "

"The staff at check in was amazing! So kind and helpful! The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal!! Service at the bar and grill was amazing and the food was delicious!😋 We have stayed here a few times and will always come back!"

"It was Spring Break and the staff was overwhelmed and the pool and amenities were basically unusable due to over crowding. It was loud and my room was by the elevator which was extremely annoying "

"For the price, this location is worth every penny. I was hesitant to stay at a Motel, but this place has it all and you feel so safe at night. They’ve done a great job decorating and the beds are clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the lobby had fun vibes. The only thing I can think negatively is the lobby breakfast coffee was bad ( watery). But truly that’s the worst thing I could say about this. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Took over 2 hours to check in due to dirty rooms. Shower head was broken after checking in. Pool waiter tried to double tip on bill till I realized and called him out. If you get pool service be sure to ask for an itemized bill before signing your receipt. "

"Room was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area tucked away from main road which I found to be a comfort. The pool and grounds area looked nice. Would definitely take advantage of next time."
