“The cabin was cute & quite enjoyable. Family who came to visit thought it was pretty amazing as well. My mom and I enjoyed all the wonderful decor & peaceful surroundings. We absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a bit of peace while still being near enough to enjoy the city.”

“I stayed at a lot of rentals, and this is one of the best ones I've stayed at. Top 3 I can only image all of her properties are top-notch. Because the cabin was phenomenal. Also Chanin & Eric's communications, hospitality, and kindness was also phenomenal. One of the best experiences i've had renting a a house”

“Was very clean and the host was great. Amazing location- only issue was it is pretty far from everything. About 30 minutes drive to the nearest target. Other than that absolutely loved it”

“An excellent place to stay. So comfy, clean, well stocked and calm. Would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“If you want to relax and unwind this is perfect place. It is remote yet close enough to venture out and see different areas and return to a great hot tub and just relax!! We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we visit definitely!!! Love this great little hideaway but has plenty of room as well. ”

“A beautiful property in an enchanting location. Comfortable, cozy, and even tu thing we could have hoped it would be!”

“The cabin was so awesome and I’m super glad there wasn’t a tv as I got to really spend time with my loved ones. Stuart was awesome and a very gracious host. Will definitely be staying again at this wonderful little slice of heaven.”

“We had a great time at the Pecan Valley cabin. There was just enough seclusion to the area where you felt like you were deep in the woods yet it was a short trip into Nashville. The hot tub was toasty warm and all the appliances were great. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.”

“Beautiful location near Nashville but near the smaller town Leipers Fork adorable town, farmland, close to stores and shops in Franklin. Lots of nice attention to details, smores set up for the fire pit, grill on back porch, bathroom items stocked, pool towels provided, soaps and laundry dryer sheets came in handy. The pool and back patio were amazing and perfect for the summer nights memories made with our family.”

“Best place!!! Perfect for what I needed!!”

“Clean and relaxing. Will use again”

“The property was great! Our family enjoyed the cabin and the area! The check in was easy and the host very responsive! We would stay again!”

“Very unique experience! Literally in the midddle of no where! Love the dirt roads and driveway. Remind us of our childhood communities before they became over populated. Exactly enjoyed the hot tub, large soaking tubs, and 2 person shower. The rainy weather for the whole weekend didn't allow us to enjoy all outside amenities, games, or outside dinning. We did get one sunraise and one sunset on the observation deck. All meals were cooked on the grill, but a skillet and flat Blackstone was……

“We received a heartfelt welcome from the host. Before we checked in Chanin the host was very helpful giving us great information about different types of activities like kayaking, tubing fishing.local restaurants, shops and even parking at Broadway in Nashville. She continued being available whenever we asked for something. Cabin was very clean, kitchen had everything you need, beds were the best we ever slept in. Jacuzzi was perfect after long day of activities. We enjoyed drinking morning……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property in Franklin. It is conveniently located to the historic downtown district and The Factory on a beautiful 15 acre estate near the Harpeth River. We experienced a minor issue but our host Amy was very gracious and did her best to satisfy our concerns.”

“Was a great place to stay while checking in our renovation. Would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Had a great time!”

“Quiet location and very cozy. Enjoyed the stay but think it should be worth a few dollars less per night. However all the accommodations were exactly as stated and enjoyed a very unique experience in a quiet, charming part north of Nashville. The owner is gracious and courteous. We were not disappointed!”

“We had fun at this cabin! Family get together playing games and setting on the front porch in the rocking chairs was the life for us! Great place to stay, great host and cool decor! If we are ever back this way this is where we will be staying!”
