"The check-in process was ridiculous. It was like being in line at the airport.The entire building had a strange odor. The sofa in my suite was dirty and had cup stains on the armrest. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that you have to flush 2 to 3 times."

"No hand soap in the bathroom. I called down the first day for some and was told they'd send some up. We never got soap. The next day housekeeping came and "cleaned" the room, still no hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping was in this room twice, once to clean it initially for my visit then one of the nights during my stay. If they are not supplying handsoap which takes two seconds to put by a sink, that makes me question all cleanliness. Are you really changing sheets and pillow cases between guests? I wanted to like this resort because of location but it's a no for me. If you miss the big things (like basic handsoap) you're missing the little details. "

"Pool was excellent. Annoying that they charge you 25$ for a late checkout. Especially on daylight savings day...."

"Pretty decent stay. The hotel is a little outdated, but still worth it. The room was very spacious with a nice view of the pool. It also had a jacuzzi bathtub and a full kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable."

"Water was coming up through the floorboards but they let us change rooms. Fun hotel so expect there to be movement and noise during the day. "
