“We were a group of coworkers that rented the property for a trade show. While it is clearly geared towards families with children, we found it an amazing place for team building/bonding. It had everything that we needed and everyone was pleased!”

“My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!”

“We absolutely loved this home!! Our daughter loved the princess room and our youngest son loved the Spider-Man room!! The home is very spacious!! The boys enjoyed nightly ping pong tournaments!! The televisions in every room was a lot of fun, the kids loved it!! The pool was a lot of fun!!! The pool and spa temps are perfect!!! Home is very refreshing without the Florida humidity. Kitchen is well stocked with any and all dishes we could ever use!! There were pool toys, card and board games,……

“Took my girlfriend and her two girls down to a week long get away in Kissimmee. Last year we rented another one of Shaun’s properties, we knew what to expect . The girls however , it was their first time and they absolutely fell in love with the home and the area . Whenever I vacation in Kissimmee I will always try to book one of Shaun’s properties. I will always recommend shaun !!!!!”

“We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house”

“We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip.”

Verrerie toutes tachées. Devrait retirer les gobelets et pots à brosses à dents car n’ont jamais été nettoyé. La compagnie de nettoyage devrait utiliser du……

“We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!”

We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! “Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
