“Free laundry room is great ”

“Staff and location is excellent. Parking at city hall across the street from 6am to 6pm is $20 mon-fri, $2 sat-sun and 6pm to 6am is $2 any day. I recommend Farm Boys for your grocery supplies. The room didn't have a microwave, but if you ask the staff, i wouldn't be surprised if they bring you one. Lots of food options on Elgin st., Bank st. and Byward mkt. Kids loved the pool, which came with hot tub and dry sauna. My 11yo son liked the luxurious feel and character of the place. We appreciated……

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Didn’t like the valet parking, as they didn’t disclose the fact that they damaged the vehicle while parking it. They were too busy and very careless with our vehicle. The rest of the stay was good, except for the long check in due to protesters ”

“酒店是剛翻新，非常舒適，健身房器材種類很多，有標準級水準，還有窦內小泳池，地點不是市中心，但步行二十份鐘有一中型商場，去重要景點如自駕都是十五分鐘內。有免費停車場和免費早餐，質素也不錯，前枱服務員十分熱誠和親切，整體很好。”
