“Thhe room was a great size and the fireplace was a nice feature. The lack of coffee in the room was bit disappointing but we had to leave before the breakfast started for our flight. ”

“Room was significantly smaller than most 2 queen bed room, felt a little squishy. Room was clean but whatever they clean with the smelled was overbearing. The stag were nice and efficient. Breakfast was standard simple hotel breakfast. Cereal, toast, apples, etc. the warm food like eggs and sausage were frozen and you could Microwave your own. Parking lot was also squishy. Our van was a bit tough to manoeuvre. The pool was nice. Water slide, hot tub, and little splash part - all clean and……

“First of all there is no pool or hot tub, like it is there physically, but i was told its too expensive and they will not be filling it for use ever again. Maybe if it was advertised the place would have more occupancy.”

“Staff courteous, but no lakeview as stated in ad. No continentsl breakfast provided as stated in ad. No ice bucket in room. No in room coffee. Very poor services for weary travellers. Choose to place my party with three dogs beside office created lots of barking as dogs heard door and all conversations at the desk. Poor choice of placement of a party with dogs. Awakened at 8:30 the next morning by an RCMP raid on room across from us. Not a relaxing stay, poor amenities and multiple trains heard……
