“The breakfast was sufficient, the nice lady working there was very sweet and helpful. The hotel beds were perfect, I slept so good. Not so hard like other places. It was close to the hospital which was great. I was a little concerned with the area but it turned out to be safe, plus a Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen within a half block. I'll be back!”

“Room rug was very stained, room temp was hot, had to turn in AC to cool it down and it wasn’t hot outside. Beds were very hard, bedding was old, no hand towels in room, no staff on site at desk between 10-6 which was odd. Room was ok for cleanliness otherwise though. Only takes credit card which was a problem for some checking in. Only one front desk computer which held up everyone at check in as it was very busy. Key card wouldn’t work in all outside doors after 10 pm. Didn’t check out any……

“The breakfast was great. There were many options and the food was hot and fresh. Loved the fruit salad and the super fresh bagels. My other half loved the omelets and sausages. There's tea and coffee available in the lobby at all hours, with a huge selection of teas. The room was pet friendly and they tend to be a little more worn than other rooms. This was the case, things seemed a little dated and worn out. We were so glad that our dog was welcome, but the hotel seemed more pet-tolerant than……
