“We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family! ”

“This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked lovely. A nice quiet, private space in a spectacular location. A great value!”

“We had such peaceful stay here, and absolutely fell in love with the Lake Montezuma area! From the gracious hosts to the amazing decor in the cabin to the massive dark sky at night, our stay here was a magical time. We'd love to come back one day!”

The location of the barn is terrific, as its close (15 min.) to all the activities & food yet not in a busy area allowing for a peaceful & relaxing experience. “We had a great stay in Sedona. The property was very clean and a cute space to stay at. It was in a beautiful area with lots of things to do within a short drive. The property owner was communicative and nice prior to and during our stay. The check-in and check-out was very simple. Highly recommend.”

“No toaster, clean side of washer and dryer with lints, didn’t use the machine. Small hole in front of door and left dish rug for next people to use, under the stove grill was not clean, but didn’t get to clean it. We would have stay another night, graduation was over. We really like your place.”

“I can’t say enough about this lovely little home. Its location was perfect for short trips to Sedona, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc. It felt like home, so comfortable. Our host, Colleen, was friendly and easily accessible for any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway for my birthday weekend; Verde Railroad trip, quaint restaurants and shops. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”

“Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. She even wrote out little post-it instructions on everything that could possibly be……

“This house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our weekend stay in Cottonwood. Our favorite part was the beautifully landscaped front yard, where we could hear live music from one of the nearby bars on Main street. Our whole family (incl. 2 kids and a dog) spent each evening sitting out in the front yard enjoying the weather, scenery, and music. ”
