“Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. ”

“It was a two sided review. First, I was put in a room that was at the back of the property that the view was into some bushes that I looked through to see a tennis court. Not the garden property view what is advertised. Then no restaurant as advertised on their website, it was closed. Then the advertised and pictured beach wasn’t a beach, it apparently belongs to a closed hotel and a guard who chased me off to a totally rocky area. Half of the restaurants were not open; the elevator was out of service the entire trip; construction noise all day; the neighboring resort was closed but advertised as having options available to Dreams guests; I paid specifically for 2 double beds and was placed in a room with a King - was told I could not get what I paid for until the next day because the resort was sold out. How is that possible when I had a reservation that clearly states, 2 double beds. The rooms held……

Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……
