“Staff was excellent, location very nice, room kindof old looking and sparsely furnished. Other than beds no seating. No coffee pot, or microwave. There is a mini fridge and restaurant. Plenty of outdoor seatong and many guests were napping on outdoor furniture, most likely because it is more comfortable than the beds. I chose this location because the review was 9.6 on the site i saw it on. I am guessing the high review is from the many divers who frequent it. If you want the dive location……

“It was a two sided review. First, I was put in a room that was at the back of the property that the view was into some bushes that I looked through to see a tennis court. Not the garden property view what is advertised. Then no restaurant as advertised on their website, it was closed. Then the advertised and pictured beach wasn’t a beach, it apparently belongs to a closed hotel and a guard who chased me off to a totally rocky area. “First off, on expedia website and booking it was advertised as cancun and or close proximity to cancun. That was very far from the truth. I also specifically put in the search filter all inclusive resort and booked under the impression that was what i would've received upon arriving. Never have had a problem with booking on expedia it usually is what is posted on the site. Did research beforehand to just to be sure logistics for arrival to find out the hotel because to me it should not be listed……

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff members were so friendly and helpful, as was the owner Pam. They really made us feel at home. The villas are beautiful charming little suites with the bedroom and bathroom in an upstairs loft. The gardens and pool are all very enchanting and well kept. The location is perfect- on a very quiet street but everything you need is right aground the corner. Very close to the town center. Perfect stay! ”

My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. “This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants.
