“Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much”

“Stayed overnight on a golf trip. Hotel could do with updating but for the price and the fact there’s a pub with excellent food it’s good value The breakfast was excellent Every member of staff that we met were super helpful - would stay again if in the area”

“Very comfortable and nice place to stay. Will definitely use again.”

“Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again.”

“Great stay”

“At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal”

“Polite welcome and shown to our room. Room was very clean and well presented. Ideal room for a nights stay after a wedding. Lovely powerful shower and comfortable bed with parking on site.”
