“The property appeared clean until my wife turned down the bed. What appeared to be droppings were all over the sheets. We called the rental agency immediately. They then contacted a local maintenance guy that was supposed to have done something. This person texted me a while later, apologized and said they would bring mousetraps out in the morning. My wife and I slept on the couch.Upon closer inspection the droppings appeared to be some kind of seed. Regardless, the bedding was clearly not……
