We booked our stay early December and we were met by Julian upon arrival, he showed us around the 1 bedroom property built above the garage area. Luckily for us Julian had anticipated our arrival at 5pm and so had the heating on which made for a comfortable stay, also there was a welcome pack of tea milk and coffee to hand!
