“The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”

“Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. ”

“I came to Buffalo for the Bar Exam and stayed here for three nights. This hotel is close to the Convention Center, just about five minutes work. The hotel provided continental breakfast and I loved their fresh fruits, yogurt and coffee. My room was spacious and quiet, good for studying and a good rest. The front desk staff offered warm hospitality. Next time I came back to see the Niagara Falls in summer, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Personal parking was right across an unbusy street and didn't need to pay for it through the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were simple and well appointed. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very nice stay.”
