"Overall it was a fine experience and the host was very responsive to messages but there were a few things that could've been handled better. The check-in door code didn't work, and since the property is run by a third-party company, I was getting messages from numerous numbers with different check-in info and it was unclear which one to contact for such issues. I eventually had to call so that I could get inside. There was also a large security deposit requested by the third party the day before...
