「Late night front desk lady super rude , not friendly at all. The view is not the same as the picture」

「Property has a lot of potential, but it needs some more attention to elevate it to where it should be. My family and I stayed 5 nights in a 2/2. The unit was spacious and clean, but missed the mark a bit. The unit itself was very dark. Lighting is awful. They have a few nice lamps from Crate and Barrel, but the overhead lights were super cheap and harsh blue, I felt like I was in a parking garage. It was depressing. 「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
