“Great location, quiet neighborhood and walking trails galore! ”

“Beautiful beach cottage. We loved the gas grill, fenced-in back yard for our sheepdog, and the fire pit. The location was excellent and close to Edgarton Beach and town.”

“Property was perfect for us. Two things other travelers should know; 1) Apple Maps couldn't find this address and Google could; 2) The stairs up to the bedrooms might be a little tight and narrow for some.....there are handholds to assist the climb. The whole place was incredibly stocked with anything you could need. The beds were comfy, AC was good, private and quiet. Highly recommend.”

“Super clean, high end bed linens, well equipped kitchen, lovely decor with many different gathering options throughout the home. Sophisticated decor, yet comfortable and welcoming.”

“In all our years spending time on MV this is the first time we have stayed in the island in June. Would say the best weather and not too packed yet for summer. This house was a great stay for my family. Saw a lot of nature life, wild turkeys and bunnies mainly. Definitely felt like a cottage with the wooden structure and setup. Nice daytime lighting all over the house and the AC was strong. AC is key for my wife and she was happy with the AC units that cooled down the entire house. Katya……

“Peaceful, relaxed, neat and tidy. Great location on quiet Chappy.”

“Wow! What a spot! I almost don’t want to review it so i can gatekeep it!! But I can’t keep this from anyone- perfect beach house. PERFECT location for a relaxing, disconnected, beach vacation in nature. West Tisbury is so special and lamberts cove beach is an absolute dream. There are walking trails at the end of the road, grocery store and breakfast spot very close. We had the best time, and cannot wait to go back. ”

“The cottage was quiet and comfortable, well stocked with cooking utensils and amenities.”

“Our stay in Edgartown was perfect in every way. Both our host and the property met our expectation. The interior was clean with all the amenities we needed. Our host was next door. Helpful but never intrusive. We also loved the outdoor sitting area and of course the outdoor shower! I would highly recommend this property.”
