「Impeccable, clean, comfortable, loved that there were towels for shower and seperate ones for the pool. The staff is welcoming, helpful and kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pool can use some TLC, but the views were simply breathtaking. If your budget allows you, do go for the lake view, it’s worth it!」

「So much noise.. I heard music until 2 am then I woke up with cleaning ladies noise at 7.. no sound isolation at all you can hear everything outside. The receptionist so kind. People very nice and kind but I couldn’t sleep, bathroom no good.」

「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」

「When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. 」
