"The staff was great and very helpful. The sea facing room that we stayed was excellent. Bathroom needs modification. Food needs more varieties specifically the main course. Deserts were great. Staffs mostly speaks only Spanish and hence communication is a bit challenging for non Spanish travelers. Staff needs to be trained in English, at least little bit of understanding and basic English communication will be helpful. Otherwise, our stay was excellent and will love to come back and stay in the same resort again."

"I loved the hotel, at first when you come in , it smelled sooo nice and fresh, the staff very polite and helpful, the restaurant very delicious food, the best one to me is the Mexican restaurant called ATL. Shout out to Maria the house keeper, Daniella, and Alexis my personal butler. I will definitely visit again . Oh the snacks I never tasted such delicious snacks, and am a good cook. the spaghetti from room service, soo good. Thank you very much for such a good time."
