「Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.」

「Check in process was difficult with the batteries on the key box dead, so we were instructed to get a key from the mailbox out front. Host asked us to retrieve packages which were delivered for them. My dad who was staying there couldnt sleep very well with a lot of noise upstairs at night」
